Gluten Free Chocolate Zucchini Brownies.Pumpkin Cake (gluten-free, whole-grain, milk-free options)
The hairy pumpkin cake ever! You can never guess that these are made with some healthier and whole grains (but can also be made with all-purpose or gluten-free flour) or that those pumpkins and apples replace the oil! For the how-to video, go to the bottom of the post.

I don’t like pumpkin at all. I also don’t like storing vegetables in my sweet recipes, because I can always say they’re there. This is not the case with cakes!

These healthy pumpkin cakes still have sugar, but they’re not as bad as your usual cake recipe. If you want something especially naughty, try these gluten-free cakes which are the best gluten-free or non-gluten free cakes! They can also be made with whole wheat flour.

In these chocolate zucchini muffins, no oil is added * (except for those with chocolate chips) and it’s full of pumpkin and whole grains (but don’t really taste it!) So you can feel good about giving it to your kids.
