Ingredients

  • 2 lbs floor beef

  1. This was delicious. I would not describe this as a sticky sauce however, its very liquidy. I anticipated this in advance and added a teaspoon slurry of almond flour when I started tge chicken and mixture in the slowcooker and it didnt thicken it. Thinking maybe if we use skinless thighs next time, the fat rendered from the skin won’t make the sauce so liquidy. Flavorful and delicious however. Will make again. Served with basmati rice.
