  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Set pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate and put aside.
  3. In your mixer’s bowl, mix pumpkin puree, eggs, evaporated milk, honey, cornstarch, salt and spices.
  4. Set your mixer on medium-low pace and beat till nicely mixed and totally clean.
