  2. Transfer chicken breasts from skillet to previously ready baking dish.
  3. Pour prepared honey mustard sauce over the chicken breasts, turning chicken over so to cover each chicken breast entirely.
  4. Lay sprigs of rosemary between chicken breasts.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove cowl and continue to bake for 15 minutes extra, or till chicken is cooked through. Cooking time will vary depending on the size/thickness of the chicken.
  7. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes.
  8. Serve

    Thank you so much for this recipe! My husband and I have recently gotten into meal prepping and this is our favorite dish to make! So delicious and EASY! We are going to try the Orange Chicken tonight!I absolutely loved it! Nagi sent me to your site and for the past month my evenings have been a mix of both of you.
    I used a boneless / skinless thigh and doubled the recipe. The only problem I had was my potato meal. I used white potatoes and it was still a little hard after cooking for over an hour. Next time I may need to boil them or cut them even smaller. Besides, I found this recipe great! I can’t wait to do it again!

    Our Best Bites.If you are looking for a delicious quick and easy chicken recipe, this is the one !!! The only suggestion I have is to use a small baking dish and cover it with foil until it turns out in the oven until it turns and tacking. I found this chicken to help keep it moist and flavorful !!! This is a new family FAVORITE !!! We even used the sause recipe for pork – awsome.

    Great recipes.A great recipe. We absolutely loved it. I cook only in a smaller pan so that the juices remain in the chicken, because there is a tendency to spread in pain.Yummy Yummy Yummy Yummy !! If you like Honey Mustard, this recipe is for you! My chicken was marinated for 3 hours and added more sauce which proved to be efficient for the recommended chicken flavor. (Marinating overnight is better!) I used 1/2 dijon mustard and 1/2 regular mustard like others first. I also used soft flavor / tasting honey to make the mixture not too sweet. It would be nice if the chicken tasted a bit sharper and maybe lemon juice would be useful. My husband and dinner guests were so gobbled! :)What a quick and easy way to prepare chicken! My husband is very fussy and I really liked this recipe. I will try the recipe with Dijon, but I found the mustard prepared fine. We also tried this chicken as an alternative – then let the chicken cool slices into thin strips and lettuce grated chedder cheese mushroom pineapple chunks and honey-dijon salad dressing – serve a salad with a big honey mustard chicken salad!

If you are in a hurry, you can also buy prepared Honey Dijon sauce or mustard. The next tip is to marinate chicken breast with Honey mustard. It is best to marinate overnight, but also fine in the morning.My husband and I really like this dish. Makes a very good honey mustard sauce. We definitely recommend using dijon mustard. Also, before cooking, pierce the chickens from both sides and marinate in the sauce for at least 30 minutes. I poured a little sauce on filling service with it. This dish would also be great on the grill. Thanks for sharing this recipe!I admit Dijon mustard is better than normal mustard, I found it really sweet next time to cut honey, but this is really delicious! and I will do this over and over again.     Honestly, I don’t think I have cooked more delicious chicken breasts in my life. I have to admit that I am skeptical because I could not be so adept at protecting them from drying out, and this allowed me to avoid chicken breasts like the plague. I am very pleased with it.     Baked Honey Mustard Chicken Delish.This is surprisingly delicious. I didn’t think the lemon flavor would come, but it came. The sauce added a little dill for the color and next time I’ll add chicken grill marks and think in the oven. If you are a sauce lover, the sauce ingredients are double as there is enough sauce for husband and me.That was great. The chicken turned out very juicy and almost melts in your mouth. Sharp and sweet just love the perfect sauce. I changed a few things. I used Dijon mustard and organic honey, I didn’t use basil. I did so. I sprinkled salt pepper and garlic powder on both sides of the chicken, poured half a sauce on the chicken and cook for 20 minutes. Then I turned the chicken and poured the remaining sauce over the chicken. I baked for another 15 minutes. Great, this will be a staple in my house. My husband loved it too. I served with sauteed spinach, garlic and conscious and lentils. This is a must try recipe.

    There were two chicken breasts thawed (seasoned with salt / pepper and garlic powder) – and I wanted to try a new recipe. I came across this recipe and decided to try it. I changed this recipe to a 2-person serving – and made a few changes. According to others I just added a line or two basil (perfect). Also Dijon mustard (I don’t think he would have liked it with yellow mustard) is used. I added about a teaspoon of brown sugar – and a teaspoon of worcestershire! 20 min on one side – 10 baked on the other! excellent!! Served with broccoli and side salad on top of rice! It almost looked like it had a hint of an Asian flavor. Next time I can serve with some pineapple! mmm .. my boyfriend LOVED … i think he had another serving!

    I like this recipe! I am always happy to read the comments before trying the recipes for myself. As others have said, I used half normal mustard and used half-grain dijon. All dijon would have been used if it was up to me but my boyfriend was not sure whether to appreciate it or not. I also used half the honey (1/4 cup) and 1/4 cup maple syrup! Mmmm was maple and dijon deeelicious! I pierced my chicken on both sides and let it sit for 2 hours. Longer would be great too! 1 teaspoon of red pepper, as others say too much. I just put a few lines. And above all, I used a smaller baking dish to completely enclose the chicken with sauce. This meant that my chicken was super moist! I continued to say, stunned how moist I am with every bite I take! Finally once it was done I let it crank over the broiler and get it quickly brown while it is basted. The whole chicken was a really small baking dish, so my chicken was stuck and had no chance of brown mustard pracitcally boiled honey mustard sauce. But the broiler quickly made it look (and taste) delicious! My boyfriend LOVED! If there wasn’t something already taken out for dinner tonight, I want to do it again! We had taken a picture for the website half way through eating our food but … oh well the difference! It’s delicious after all! he loved it!

    Thank you, Baked Honey Mustard Chicken recipe.Easy and quick recipe.We LOVED it! My boyfriend chose it because he liked mustard sauces and thought it would be good because I wasn’t crazy for mustard. But we were both very impressed. Spices balance mustard and honey flavors. The only change I made was that the honey was slightly reduced because I didn’t want it to be too sweet and I wanted to use dijon mustard. Thanks for the great recipe! Appendix: I sliced the remaining chicken the next day and tossed it with spinach tomato avocado and yellow bell pepper. the sauce was great salad dressing!

    really ate a very delicious meal with my family the weekend thank you.This chicken was pretty good! I didnt use the paprika because I didnt have any on hand! If your looking for a fast & easy week night chicken this is perfect!
    This was really good! First he did this and just cut back some teeny honey and read other reviews that turned out fine. I love the tangy flavor of honey mustard!

    Baked Honey Mustard Chicken.A great recipe! I used Cayan Pepper instead of curry. He made a great kick. Next time my kids found it a little spicy, it will only use a little less pepper.
