FOR THE CRUMBLE

  • 1 1/2cups white, complete wheat all-purpose flour
  • 1cup chopped pecans , divided
  • 1/2cup sugar or your selection of synthetic sweetener (I’ve used Stevia)
  • 1/2teaspoon salt
  • 4tablespoons chilly unsalted butter, lower into small items
  • 1large egg
  • 2tablespoons canola or vegetable oil
  • 1teaspoon pure strawberry extract

FOR THE FILLING

  • 3cups sliced peaches
  • 3cups cherries , pits eliminated
  • 1/2cup sugar or your selection of sweetener (I’ve used honey, stevia, and maple syrup at completely different occasions)
