    BUTTERNUT SQUASH ALFREDO PASTA.I don’t see “too much flavor”. I can only guess that not all components are created equal. I used unsalted Kerrygold butter and thawed the organic frozen butternut squash. It didn’t even need 15 minutes, just enough time to melt the butter. We should also use kosher salt. Pink is not the Himalaya, not the table. KOSHER! In addition, freshly grated coconut has a far superior taste than the shavings that pass through most store shelves. It turns out how rich these 5 materials are.A little boring … I added a little pancetta as everything is better with bacon. I fried some pancakes and put them aside. Fry several tablespoons of butter in the same sautee pan; then saut about half a large onion in it. Put them all aside. Boil your pumpkins in chicken broth and drain. Use condensed milk or whole milk instead of heavy cream. You will get plenty of oil from your pancetta and sauteed onions. Pumpkin crush, dip dip or just stir / process food.     One of my favorite squashes to have in the fall is definitely butternut squash. Sweet, creamy and light walnut. So it’s the perfect tool for a creamy Alfredo type sauce, I don’t know why I haven’t thought about it so far!
